"Our first trip to Rincon and The Lazy Parrot was back in 2010. We came from the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA to find warm weather and waves. We were not disappointed! The icing on the cake was The Lazy Parrot!  

 

After a day of exploring Rincon's famous beaches, we would settle in at the comfy, cozy L P. We stayed in several rooms during our many stays at the hotel and every one of them was great, but our special "hogar" was in the original building on the second floor. That unit has a nice deck where we could unwind at the end of the day and enjoy a nice sunset or watch the moon rise later that night. This year (2022) my wife joined me for her first visit to Rincon and The Lazy Parrot. Jahby, the office manager, surprised us by reserving our stay in that same special room. I have known Jahby and her husband Sam (maintenance manager) since our first visit in 2010. They have always made us feel like "familia". The Inn is a special place for sure but the kind folks like Jahby and Sam make it feel like "Hogar y familia". Simplemente el mejor!! We will return."

Superior Poolside Rooms

Superior Poolside Rooms are perfect for family stays. They overlook the central pool area and have stunning Rincón sunset views. Each room has private, en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. These rooms also have large balconies overlooking the pool with great views of the Rincón hills. They include:
 

  • Double Queen or King Size Bed 

  • Additional Futon available in some rooms  

  • Located on Second or Third Floor

Terrace Rooms

Our Terrace Rooms are ideal for those seeking privacy. They offer large balconies and partial vistas, as well as added peace and quiet. These rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. The Terrace Rooms are located on the upper level of the main building. They include:
 

  • Queen or King Size Bed (Beds vary per room) 

  • Located on Upper-Level Main Building 

  • Large Balconies

Standard & Economy Rooms

Our Standard and Economy rooms are great for fun getaways. They all have private en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. Standard & Economy Rooms are located in the Main Building of the Hotel adjacent to the Route 413 entrance. They include:
 

  • Two Full, Queen or King Size Bed (it varies per room) 

  • Balconies, Patios or Seating Areas (varies per room)

  1. Is your hotel eco-friendly?

    Yes. We are consistently working on being completely eco-friendly, from our solar panels to detergents for our linens, to our organic pillows, biodegradable/ compostable waste basket bags in the rooms, to our compostable to-go cups for coffee, and many other measures that we are slowly implementing.

     

  2. Does the pool have a time-limit usage?

    Our pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. However due to the COVID restrictions, we are giving appointments at our front desk for pool usage, up to 3 rooms at a time.

     

  3. Is your hotel pet friendly?

    Our hotel is pet friendly, however since our primary goal is for all our guests to have the best experience possible while staying with us, we only have two pet-friendly rooms on the property with patios available. Pets are not allowed inside the pool.

     

  4. Do you have late check-out options?

    Late check-out options can only be visited on the day of check out, they all depend upon availability. To ensure having a room for the following day, the best option is to book the following day. In the case that late checkout is possible, it would incur a fee of $75.00 + tax, and checkout would be at 5:00 p.m.

     

  5. Do you have to be a guest to eat at the restaurant?

    You don’t have to be a guest to eat at our restaurant, we welcome all clients. At the moment, our food and beverage area is closed. However, we hope to re-open soon!

     

  6. Is the pool open for restaurant guests?

    No. The pool is only available for registered hotel guests, during their stay. We can’t allow non-registered guests to use the pool/ jacuzzi/ baby pool.

    Sí. Trabajamos constantemente para ser completamente eco-amigable, desde nuestros paneles solares hasta detergentes para nuestra ropa de cama, nuestras almohadas orgánicas, bolsas de basura biodegradables/compostables en las habitaciones, hasta nuestras tazas de café compostables para llevar, y muchas otras medidas que poco a poco vamos implementando.

     

  2. ¿La piscina tiene un límite de tiempo de uso?

    Nuestro horario de piscina es de 10:00 a 22:00 horas. Sin embargo, debido a las restricciones de COVID, estamos dando citas en la recepción para el uso de la piscina, hasta 3 habitaciones a la vez.
     

  3. ¿Su hotel admite mascotas?

    Nuestro hotel admite mascotas, sin embargo, dado que nuestro objetivo principal es que todos nuestros huéspedes tengan la mejor experiencia posible durante su estadía con nosotros, solo tenemos dos habitaciones que admiten mascotas en la propiedad con patios disponibles. No se permiten mascotas dentro de la piscina.
     

  4. ¿Tiene opciones de salida tardía?

    Las opciones de salida tardía solo se pueden visitar el día de la salida, todas dependen de la disponibilidad.
