The Lazy Parrot Inn and mini-Resort has a great selection of rooms and rates to suit your budget and personal style. All rooms offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bath, satellite 'Dish Network' TV with 100 channels, clock, microwave, mini-fridge and our Continental Breakfast Buffet. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in our main poolside lobby.

If you are expecting the same accommodations and services you would find at at Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton or other major hotel chain - The Lazy Parrot may not be for you. 'Superior Poolside Balcony' rooms are located in our brand new section of the hotel on the lower 'resort level' of the hotel where pool, jacuzzi & The Rum Shack are located. These rooms have upgraded furniture and decoration, flat screen TVs and large balconies overlooking the pool with great views of the Rincon hills. Superior rooms have similar layout and decor with one king bed or two queen beds and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses. Rooms are on the second or third floor above the pool, office, gift shop and breakfast buffet. There is no elevator - rooms are up one or two flights of stairs.
$165/night - single or double occupancy
'Traditional Value' rooms are located in the original 'Lazy Parrot Inn' building which is closer to Rt. #413, Smilin' Joe's Restaurant and the Seaglass Bar - with our 'grand staircase' leading from these rooms down to the pool area, The Rum Shack, office, gift shop and breakfast buffet. Some rooms are on the second floor, but all rooms require some stairs. Value Rooms are all different in layout and decoration, with comfortable family-style decor.
Every hotel has one room that is a little out of the way, a little smaller and the last room to be assigned by the front desk. At the Lazy Parrot, we have one of these rooms - just inside the entrance to the original Lazy Parrot Inn building. It has all the same features as the Value Rooms - but it is smaller.
Rather than keeping this room empty and making apoligies for the small space - we're offering this as a special 'cheap room' at a special low price - so you can get a really cheap room and still enjoy all the facilities at The Lazy Parrot.
Perfect for a single traveler - or a couple who can be happy with one full-sized bed at a cheap rate.

Coming soon.... we haven't started building our 'Parrot Ville Condos' yet - but once they are completed, we'll have great condo-style apartments - just across Route #413 from The Lazy Parrot where the parking lot is currently located.
With comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos - your family and friends will have all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings plus a great view of the ocean and Desecheo Island from your large private balcony. You'll also have access to the 'Parrot Ville Pool' which is reserved for condominium residents only - plus all the facilities of The Lazy Parrot just across the street.
