Rates valid for bookings through Dec 15, 2013
All rates are per night based on single or double occupancy.All rates are subject to 9% Government Hotel Tax plus $5/night Resort Fee (per room)
Children under 12 are free with a limit of 2 per room, xtra kid $15.
Cancellations or changes must be made 7 days prior to arrival in order for refunds.
Deposits on holidays and special events are non-refundable. No refunds on early check-outs.

Handicap Access: There are no elevators at The Lazy Parrot Inn. The hotel is built into the hillside - which gives us great views and an intimate 'oasis' setting. However, this presents some challenges for guests with special access needs. We have one 'disabled access room' but access to the pool and various levels within the hotel is available from the street (not within the hotel).
