All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking.  Refundable with a 7 day advance cancellation. Non-refundable for events, holidays or short stays. Although our everyday 'rack rates' offer one of the best resort values in Puerto Rico - people are always asking for 'deals and specials'. The Lazy Parrot offers several discounts: If you are a member of AARP, AAA, Government Employee, Airline Employee, or Puerto Rico resident - you can book your discount online. When making reservations for special discounts - find the full rate lising and select the button that says BOOK .  On the next screen - use the 'drop down list' under OPTIONAL RATES. You will have to show proof at check-in.  If you don't provide documention at check-in, we'll still honor the reservation - but charge our 'rack rate'. For bargain-hunters who can travel mid-week or who have flexible travel dates or can travel at the last minute - you may qualify for our special 'Lazy Bird Rates' - call the hotel directly to see if your travel dates are available! These rates are very limited, so please have a few different dates in mind when you call!
